We aim to keep our rates favorable.
The prices for accommodation include breakfast and wellness. From May to October, access to the outdoor pool is also included.
In the off-season, it is possible to offer prices by agreement.
Prices for New Year's Eve stay will be provided on request. The New Year's Eve stay includes a gala dinner and an entertainment in the new common room.

Parking in front of the guesthouse in our parking lot – free of charge.
Parking in the yard under the carport – 5 € / day.
We also charge an additional, mandatory local accommodation tax of 2 € / person / day.
We host trainings and celebrations in a separate, well-equipped room in the upper building of the guesthouse for up to 55 people. Rent: 50 € / day. Equipped with a large-screen TV with a PC connection.
Prices include VAT.
Free internet connection with accommodation.
Cancellation Policy:
By booking a stay and paying the deposit, the client acknowledges the following cancellation fees:
- 20 days before arrival - 10% of the tour price
- 14 days before arrival - 35% of the tour price
- 7 days before arrival - 70% of the tour price
- 4 days before departure after the start of the tour - 100% of the tour price.
The booking must always be cancelled in writing or by mail. The cancellation is valid upon on the receipt of a written statement or other necessary documents by Guesthouse Motýľ.
- If the guest checks in and cancels their stay afterwards, the host has the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee on all ordered services.
- Modification of booked dates: 10 € / person. Any changes must be made at least 7 days before arrival.
